International Sales Executive

**Job Title: International Sales ExecutiveKey Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enter new international markets.
- Identify potential business opportunities and new target markets globally.
- Align sales strategies with company goals and market demands.
- **Business Development**:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing international clients.
- Negotiate terms and agreements, and close international sales deals.
- Attend international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company’s reach.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct research to understand international market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.
- **Cross-Cultural Communication**:
- Effectively communicate with international clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of customers in different regions.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market conditions to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth sales processes and delivery.
- Work closely with regional sales managers to develop localized sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Provide detailed product presentations and demonstrations to international clients.
Pay: ₹15,739.03 - ₹30,948.47 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
