Sales Executive

**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and grow **B2B and B2C sales** channels for Dokitti’s product portfolio.
- **Develop and execute strategic sales plans **to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to **expand the company’s market reach**.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer client queries, and offer tailored recommendations.
- **Monitor market trends and competitor activity** to adapt sales strategies.
- **Prepare and deliver sales reports** and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain a high **conversion rate** through exceptional communication, negotiation, and follow-up.
**Qualifications**:
- **Preferably Experience** in the pet products industry.
- Proven experience in **B2B and B2C sales**.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills**.
- Ability to **drive sales, meet targets, and adapt to changing market** conditions.
- Professional demeanor with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- A high level of expertise in managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
- Knowledge of pet products is preferred but not mandatory.
