    We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
    Sales Manager
    with proven experience in the
    Refractory Industry
    , particularly in
    raw materials and/or castables
    . The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to
    export sales
    , excellent client relationship management skills, and proficiency in leveraging
    LinkedIn
    for business development and lead generation.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new export clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing ones.
  • Handle the complete export sales cycle — from enquiry, quotation, order negotiation, and documentation to final shipment.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential opportunities, competitors, and global trends in the refractory sector.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and production to ensure timely order execution.
  • Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and online business forums.
  • Use
    LinkedIn and other digital platforms
    effectively for networking, client engagement, and lead generation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1–5 years
    of proven experience in
    Refractory Sales
    , with exposure to
    export markets.
  • Strong understanding of refractory materials — raw materials, castables, or allied products.
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
