We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
with proven experience in the
Refractory Industry
, particularly in
raw materials and/or castables
. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to
export sales
, excellent client relationship management skills, and proficiency in leveraging
LinkedIn
for business development and lead generation.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new export clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Handle the complete export sales cycle — from enquiry, quotation, order negotiation, and documentation to final shipment.
- Conduct regular market research to identify potential opportunities, competitors, and global trends in the refractory sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and production to ensure timely order execution.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and online business forums.
- Use
LinkedIn and other digital platforms
effectively for networking, client engagement, and lead generation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–5 years
of proven experience in
Refractory Sales
, with exposure to
export markets. - Strong understanding of refractory materials — raw materials, castables, or allied products.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and MS Office. - Willingness to travel internationally as required.
