We are looking for a mechanically inclined Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in B2B capital equipment sales to drive business development for our Debricking Equipment product line The ideal candidate must be highly self-driven capable of traveling extensively and comfortable with direct industrial sales no dealer or contractor-based sales o Identify and target new sales opportunities within the steel industry o Currently working closely with steel industry o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets o Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at steel plants o Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities o Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of refractory wrecking equipment and its applications o Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients o Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product specifications and capabilities o Address customer inquiries and technical issues related to product performance and maintenance o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business o Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing timely and effective support o Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives o Travel extensively to client sites trade shows and industry events as required o Adapt to varying travel schedules and manage time effectively to maximize productivity o Prepare and submit regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis to management o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software Qualifications o Bachelor s degree in engineering Business or a related field master s degree is a plus o 7 years of sales experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets o Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills o Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
