Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to schools, corporates, NGOs, and other potential clients for business generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through face-to-face interactions
- Identify and secure CSR funding opportunities from corporates and institutions
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Maintain CRM data, generate MIS reports, and track performance metrics
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue & outreach goals
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project implementation
Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate / BSW / MSW / MBA / PGDM
- (CSR, Fundraising, or Education sector experience preferred)
- Experience: 16 years in Business Development / CSR Fundraising / Institutional Sales
- Passionate about field engagement and networking
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Comfortable with extensive travel within Pune and nearby areas
- Own laptop is mandatory
- Female candidates only
