We're Hiring — Accounts & Compliance Executive

Lumenspace Private Limited is looking for a qualified accounting professional to join our growing team and manage end-to-end finance and compliance operations with responsibility and ownership.


Role:
Accounts & Compliance Executive


Location:
Bommasandra, Bengaluru (On-site)


Experience:
1–3 years (preferably in a CA office)


Qualification:
B.Com (mandatory)


Salary:
As per experience & competence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll and salary structure
  • File GST returns through the GST portal
  • Handle ESI, PF, and statutory compliance
  • Maintain accounting records in
    Tally ERP / Tally Prime
  • Perform invoice processing, ledger management & bank reconciliation
  • Coordinate with CA for statutory filings, audits & financial compliance
  • Maintain commercial documentation and vendor records
  • Manage professional email communication and document control

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong accounting fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to AI tools will be an added advantage
