Regional Sales Engineer

- Visit potential clients and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, especially in industrial-steel/OEM segments.
- Understand and interpret customer requirements, prepare quotations, negotiate terms and conditions, and successfully close sales.
- Administer client accounts – forecasting orders monthly, tracking sales data, following up on payments, and ensuring payment collection.
- Support post-sales efforts, provide after-sales services, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Create and present sales performance and pipeline reports to the Sales Head; drive to exceed sales targets.
- Participate in marketing initiatives – attend trade shows, conferences, design and implement marketing plans for company's products.
- Demonstrate solid experience in industrial-steel/OEM sales, excellent communication, high self-motivation, confidence, commercial awareness and ambition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
