Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth in assigned regions with a focus on relationship-building, revenue generation, and industry expansion. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for specific client needs and providing market insights to inform strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai and Bangalore.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Knowledge or experience in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, optics, medical, or similar industries
  • Experience working with precision technology or engineering products is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the designated region
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
