Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute NSM sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion in the textile industry.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective performance metrics.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development efforts.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts and enhance the customer journey.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the textile industry.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and customer relationship management
