Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals,
  • Lead change initiatives that foster an agile, innovative culture.
  • Drive high-performance culture by implementing agile PMS, Talent Management.
  • Lead talent acquisition, manpower planning, and retention initiatives to attract top talent,
  • Support business growth, and reduce employee turnover
  • Design & manage competitive C&B programs, ensuring market alignment, Cost-effectiveness to attract and retain top talent.
  • Leverage HR metrics,HRMS for process effectiveness,

Incumbent Profile:

  • MBA HR with 15 yrs exp.( last 5 years in leadership role).
  • Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies.
  • Experience with HR technologies, data analytics, and performance management systems.

Annual Compensation: 60 LPA
