Elevatoz has partnered with some of the biggest brands in the country, offering expertise across various domains.Role DescriptionThis is afull-time, on-siterole for aProgram Manager – Channel Loyalty (Excel Specialist)based inMumbai/Thane . The role involvesstrategically managing and executing ongoing channel loyalty programs , ensuring seamless client servicing and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will havestrong Excel and data management skills (including macros, pivot tables, and dashboards) , along with priorexperience in channel loyaltyandclient handling .Experience:4 – 6 yearsDepartment:Client Servicing Reporting To:Director – Client ServicingKey Responsibilities Client Relationship & Program ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assignedchannel loyalty clients . Manage the day-to-day running of loyalty programs, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and performance targets are met. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support. Understand client goals and ensure program strategy aligns with business objectives.Data Management & ReportingHandle program data and reports usingadvanced Excel tools (macros, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) . Generate, track, and analyze program performance reports for clients and internal teams. Use data insights to recommend improvements in engagement and program efficiency.Program Optimization & ExecutionOversee program operations end-to-end — from launch to ongoing management and reporting. Monitor key metrics and identify opportunities to enhance program performance. Coordinate with internal teams (tech, operations, rewards, and analytics) to ensure flawless execution.Client Presentations & ReviewsPrepare and present regular performance reviews and business updates to clients. Support upsell and cross-sell discussions with data-driven insights. Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements4–6 years of experience inloyalty marketing , with a focus onchannel loyalty programs . Advanced Excel proficiency– macros, pivot tables, formulas, and dashboard creation are a must. Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to derive insights from data. Proven experience managing client relationships and program operations independently. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualitiesHighly accountable with a sense of ownership. Detail-oriented and data-driven thinker.
