Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller (Customer Support Executive) located in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our products, assisting with order placements, and resolving customer issues. The role involves maintaining customer records, conducting follow-up calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The Telecaller will also support sales teams by generating leads and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages
  • Experience in Customer Support and Telecalling
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
