Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain product offerings, and generate qualification from the assigned leads.
  • Follow up with leads generated through campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate call records and status.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for scheduling meetings and demos.
  • Build strong customer relationships by addressing queries and providing timely information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calls to achieve the set targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / inside sales / customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently and professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
