Trinity International is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, promoting services, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain services/products clearly and convincingly over the phone.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback and support to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
