About the Role

We are hiring a motivated
Sales Telecaller
to manage inbound and outbound calls for our real estate projects. This role focuses on customer engagement, project explanation, lead qualification, and booking site visits—all from our office location.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Calls

  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries for real estate projects.
  • Provide detailed information on project location, pricing, amenities, approvals, and offers.
  • Convert enquiries into qualified leads.

Outbound Calls

  • Call potential customers from marketing and database leads.
  • Pitch project details clearly and confidently to generate interest.
  • Follow up with prospects to schedule site visits.

Sales Coordination

  • Book and coordinate site visits for the field sales team.
  • Update lead status, call logs, and follow-up details in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the sales team for smooth handovers.
  • Achieve targets for calls, leads qualified, and site visits booked.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of telecalling/telesales experience
    , preferably in real estate.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (any two mandatory).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to explain project details confidently and handle objections.
  • Target-driven, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Google Sheets, MS Office).
