Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inbound inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing call records, following up with leads, providing product information, and resolving customer queries. The Telecaller will also work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Experience in telecalling or a customer service role
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and database management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
