Kapil Power and Software Pvt Ltd is part of the Kapil Group and is a leading EPC provider for GRID and OFF GRID Solar Photovoltaic Projects in India. Established in 2014, the company has provided EPC for Solar Projects above 25.0MW and aims to achieve a target of 100.0MW capacity in the next few years. Kapil Power undertakes the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of GRID and OFF GRID solar systems on a turnkey basis. Additionally, Kapil Power is involved in the electro-mechanical works of industrial buildings and IT parks.
Role Description
This is a full-time and on-site role for a Sales Telecaller located in Hyderabad. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our solar projects and services, qualifying leads, setting up appointments for the sales team, and providing information to prospects. The role also includes maintaining call logs, handling client queries, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in making outbound calls and telemarketing
- Ability to qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Proficiency in maintaining call logs and handling client queries
- Ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Basic knowledge of solar energy and related systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
