Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and generating leads. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining customer databases, recording feedback, and follow-up activities. The role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to make outbound calls and handle customer inquiries
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling roles
  • Basic knowledge of using CRM software and maintaining customer databases
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
  • A positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus
