About and purpose of the role: 

  • The person in this role will work at a group level i.e., on projects related to Silverskills and all 3 of our sister concerns: Silverse - a boutique cybersecurity firm, Arcis - a leading BPM company in India, and KS Arcis - a joint venture between Arcis and MKS (a top 10 accounting firm in the UK).
  • We are looking for an ambitious B2B marketing specialist in Gurugram, responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy. As a B2B marketing specialist, you will help us to develop and manage B2B marketing programs, strategies, execution, and results. 
  • You will be a key member of the Branding and Marketing department and work towards content creation, brand building, executing the company's B2B marketing strategy and programs, internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events such as webinars, podcasts, trade events etc. to help the company in meeting its growth and brand objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Focus on brand awareness, positioning, and lead generation. 
  • Create and define, measurable and actionable strategies for each of the objectives mentioned above.
  • Leverage digital and physical channels, mediums and tactics like email campaigns, social media, event marketing, PPC, SEO, app marketing, etc. to achieve objectives mentioned above.
  • Content creation and marketing – lead cross team collaboration to ensure content creation, publishing, and promotion.
  • Create and own the content publishing calendar or the organization.
  • Build strategies for targeting specific markets and consumer demographics.
  • Contribute towards the development of a sustainable lead generation system.
  • Take charge of maintenance and updates on owned platforms like websites, blogs, knowledge sharing platform, etc. 
  • Identify and target relevant businesses to drive B2B sales and partnerships.
  • Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help in positioning.
  • Lead and ensure the delivery and consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales, and the broader organization.
  • Perform ongoing tracking, reporting and optimization on B2B marketing initiatives.

The skills and characteristics we are looking for are:

  • B2B marketing
  • Content creation and marketing
  • Working knowledge of CRM, CMS, and marketing platforms and tools like Zoho, WordPress, Google analytics, SEMRush, Dripify, etc.
  • Knowledge of app related tools like Appsflyer, MoEngage, Firebase, etc. would be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with PPC and paid campaign.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Engage in open and collaborative communication with our Sales and specialist teams.
  • Build a thorough understanding of our services and products and how they can solve the unique problems of each lead.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong internal stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to cope with competing demands from internal departments.

Educational Qualifications:

  • PGDM/MBA in marketing from tier2 institute with 2 years of experience in a B2B role.
