Virus Positive Technologies (renamed to Visible Performance Technologies) is an AdTech SaaS company specializing in affiliate and advertiser monitoring, helping brands prevent fraud and ensure marketing compliance. We are expanding our marketing efforts to accelerate growth across global markets.

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and strategic B2B Marketing professional to lead demand generation, manage campaigns, and build awareness across digital channels. The ideal candidate understands SaaS buying journeys, marketing automation, and performance analytics and can convert insights into measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Build targeted campaigns for different stages of the SaaS funnel (awareness activation conversion retention).
  • Work closely with sales to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) align with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute email marketing, LinkedIn ads, content marketing, PPC, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Manage trial onboarding sequences, lifecycle emails, and customer engagement workflows.

Coordinate product launches and announcements in sync with customer success and product teams.

Content & Brand

  • Create and oversee thought-leadership content: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and webinars.

Support brand positioning in AdTech / SaaS ecosystems (events like Affiliate Summit, Martech conferences).
- Manage website content, SEO optimization, and landing page performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

38 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AdTech marketing.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales funnels.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms: Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable working with data and conversion metrics.
- Creative mindset with a bias for testing, experimentation, and continuous learning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing AdTech, MarTech, or compliance/SaaS tools.
  • Familiarity with affiliate or partner marketing ecosystems.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe).
  • Experience managing paid campaigns with performance accountability.
