Company Introduction - Founded in 2009 KKBC is a leading B2B tech marketing agency dedicated to inspiring brands through innovative strategies and creative communication With services ranging from media planning and digital management to brand research and public relations we operate across APAC EMEA and North America offering significant career growth opportunities - As a global location-free company we embrace the diverse cultural contributions of our teams across multiple countries leveraging these perspectives to meet both local and international market needs - At KKBC we value our team as our greatest asset and are committed to providing a dynamic environment where employees can excel and contribute to our mission of creating inspiring brands worldwide Role Introduction We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Social Media Community Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across B2B social media platforms and lead community engagement efforts The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of community management social media expertise and public relations experience with a passion for creating authentic connections and meaningful conversations in professional networks Key Responsibilities Social Media Management - Create schedule and manage organic content on LinkedIn Twitter and industry forums - Engage with followers drive discussions and foster professional conversations - Track and report on social media performance likes shares engagement etc Community Management - Build and nurture relationships within online B2B communities LinkedIn groups Slack channels etc - Moderate community discussions addressing questions or concerns - Collect feedback and share insights with the team for product or service improvements PR Brand Communication - Write content that supports brand storytelling e g press releases blog posts thought leadership articles - Ensure consistent brand voice across social media and community channels - Assist with media relations and pitch stories to relevant B2B publications optional Collaboration Reporting - Collaborate with internal teams marketing sales product to align community and social media strategies with business goals - Provide regular reports on community growth and social media metrics Qualifications - 3-5 years experience in B2B social media community management or PR - Native English both speaking and writing- Bachelor s degree in media communications PR or any related disciplines - Proven track record in managing social media accounts and engaging with B2B communities - Strong writing and content creation for a B2B audience - Professional English communication both speaking and writing- Expertise in LinkedIn Twitter and community platforms e g Slack Discourse - Familiar with analytics tools Google Analytics Sprout Social etc ref updazz com
