We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive with at least 2 years of experience in handling customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collect and share customer feedback to improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
