**Job Description: Customer Care Executive**
**Position**: Customer Care Executive
**Experience**: 2 to 3 years
**Location**: Kochi
**Languages Required**: Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and English
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction by following up on issues until resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer care or similar role.
- Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
**Educational Qualifications**:
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
