**Customer Relation Executive**

**Location**: Ernakulam, Kerala
**Salary**: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Handle incoming customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales leads, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients, ensuring they are nurtured through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in customer onboarding and provide product information as needed.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and processes.
- Track customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed set targets for customer satisfaction and lead management.

**Requirements**:

- **6 months to 1 year of experience** in customer relationship management, lead management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in using **CRM tools** for managing customer relationships and tracking leads.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A customer-first mindset and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
