Job Title: Export Documentation Executive

Location: Sovabazar, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time

Experience : 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and export declarations.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for smooth documentation and shipment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve documentation-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of export shipments and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments (logistics, sales, accounts) and external agencies.
  • Handle LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and ensure timely submission to banks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
