Vice President, Sales & Solutions – Healthcare

. As a VP of Sales & Solutions, you will target and work with customers and senior management to develop and sell high-value Robotics use cases and AI application roadmaps. You will help Health customers achieve their digital transformation objectives through identifying high-value opportunities.

Candidates should be able to understand healthcare complex issues at the intersection of business and technology and communicate that complexity with simplicity and the positioning and sell the value proposition.

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, highly collaborative environment and demonstrate an ability to execute precisely and quickly. Candidates should possess technical fluency in Heath tech, Robotics, and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with Healthcare customers to help them understand, structure, and implement their digital transformation strategies resulting into sales.
  • Engage in strategic relationships with customers to assure the realization of their digital transformation goals and expanding the client footprint.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic customer engagement plans.
  • Manage efforts to research and identify customer prospects and targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, products, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business.
  • Represent Alphadroid by driving business development with existing / new alliance partners.
  • Personally engage in strategic account selling, business development, and ongoing customer success.
  • Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (or more) depending on business needs.
  • Delivering against business revenue targets
  • Leading strong go-to-market strategies, and unlocking new opportunities for both current and prospective clients
  • Using your creative flair to come up with new and innovative solutions to excite and inspire prospects & clients
  • Driving the success of the business development team, including pre-sales and marketing
  • Regularly developing sales collateral to win new business, utilising the marketing team and personal experience to create compelling "stories", ensuring that Alphadroid is always at the forefront of our prospective clients' minds
  • Ensuring client proposals are maximising opportunities for the business through research and appropriate costing
  • Accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management, as well as presenting your plans.

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering, science, computer science, or related technical field of study. Master's or MBA degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales with focus on selling Heathcare solutions to the automotive/manufacturing sector.
  • Prior sales experience in Tech Product company and core sales experience.
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
