Vice President, Sales & Solutions – Logistics & Warehouse
. As a VP of Sales & Solutions, you will target and work with customers and senior management to develop and sell high-value Robotics use cases and AI application roadmaps.
You will have ownership of business development in the Robotics / Warehouse / Logistics and Automotive verticals.
You'll be at the front line of securing pre-sales, commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, and pre-orders for our robots.
This is a high-impact role for someone hungry to grow quickly, hit ambitious targets, and accelerate their career in robotics and automation.

Candidates should be able to understand Logistics & Warehouse complex issues at the intersection of business and technology and communicate that complexity with simplicity and the positioning and sell the value proposition.
Responsibilities
- Execute aggressive sales strategies targeting Warehouse / Logistics clients.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → contract closure.
- Secure pre-sales, commercial agreements, and strategic partnerships for robots.
- Develop and deliver compelling business cases & ROI analyses for potential customers.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
- Partner with product & engineering to align solutions with customer needs.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market approaches.
- Engage in strategic relationships with customers to assure the realization of their digital transformation goals and expanding the client footprint.
- Develop, maintain, and manage the implementation of strategic customer engagement plans.
- Manage efforts to research and identify customer prospects and targets.
- Collaborate with engineering, products, and marketing teams to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business.
- Represent Alphadroid by driving business development with existing / new alliance partners.
- Personally engage in strategic account selling, business development, and ongoing customer success.
- Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (or more) depending on business needs.
- Regularly developing sales collateral to win new business, utilising the marketing team and personal experience to create compelling "stories", ensuring that Alphadroid is always at the forefront of our prospective clients' minds
- Ensuring client proposals are maximising opportunities for the business through research and appropriate costing
- Accurate forecasting, reporting and pipeline management, as well as presenting your plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Background in robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
- 10+ years' experience in business development in Robotics/Warehouse/Logistics or Automotive/Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in reaching or exceeding sales targets, especially with complex or technical products.
- Strong network in the relevant industries and a track record of securing strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in calculating ROI and developing bulletproof business cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- P&L management and financial modelling experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
