Role Description

We are looking for an experienced
HR Recruiter/ TA specialist
with strong exposure to the
real estate industry
. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for positions such as Sales, Property Management and corporate staff. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle—from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer negotiation.
  • Source candidates for roles such as
    Sales Executive, Property Consultant, Sales Manager, CRM, Vp sales, and Back-Office roles
    .
  • Build a strong talent pipeline of the candidate for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  • Coordinate interviews and conduct preliminary HR screening.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the HR system.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
