Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 7 to 8 Customer Relationship Officers (CROs).
- Drive sales performance through field coaching, performance reviews, and KPI tracking.
- Conduct joint field visits with AMOs for on-ground training and target alignment.
- Ensure customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven strategies.
- Monitor input metricsattendance, meetings, productivityto optimize efficiency.
- Resolve on-field challenges, ensuring seamless execution and consistent target delivery.
- Onboard new Booking Offices and strengthen customer relationships through regular field interaction.
