- Strong experience in direct sales in real estate industry
- Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc..
- Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.
- Should have strong experience in sales closure.
- Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients needs.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Should guide the team in following the companys policy, system, software & reports etc..
- Updating all necessary information in the ERP
- Delivering reports to the Management
- Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
- Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills
- Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
- Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3 Yr Hardcore Experience in real estate.
- Preferable Immediate joiner
**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 to 60,000 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Total work: 3 years in real estate (preferred)

- Avadi, Chennnai
