We are seeking a **dynamic and persuasive Telecaller/Sales Executive** to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for **generating leads, closing sales, and building client relationships** for residential/commercial properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound/outbound calls** to potential buyers/investors.
- Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve **monthly sales targets** and report progress.
- Maintain CRM records of customer interactions.
- **Experience**: 0-3 years in **real estate telecalling/sales** (Freshers with good communication may apply).
- **Skills**:

- Fluent in **Tamil**:

- Strong **persuasion and negotiation** skills.
- Basic knowledge of **real estate terms** (BHK, EMI, RERA, etc.).
- **Attitude**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
