**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Real Estate Property Consultant - Brand Marketing** to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends the strategic thinking of brand marketing with the relationship-building expertise of real estate consulting. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, leads, and trust in our property offerings while acting as a trusted advisor for clients looking to invest, buy, or lease real estate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand & Marketing Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand campaigns that elevate property portfolios across digital and traditional platforms.
- **Lead Generation**: Use marketing insights to drive qualified leads and convert them into clients through personalized consultations and site visits.
- **Client Engagement**: Act as a brand ambassador by delivering high-touch service and curated experiences to potential buyers, investors, and tenants.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to tailor marketing approaches and messaging.
- **Content & Promotion**: Coordinate with content creators to develop property-focused marketing materials, videos, and social media content that resonate with target audiences.
- **Sales Enablement**: Support sales with marketing-driven collateral, presentations, and branding to enhance client conversion.
- **Networking & Events**: Represent the brand at industry events, open houses, and property expos to enhance visibility and credibility.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, brand marketing, or property consulting.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, CRM, social media platforms).
- Passion for real estate, branding, and building lasting client relationships.
