
Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Meet and engage potential customers from inbound and outbound leads.
- Present project details, pricing, and benefits effectively to clients.
- Conduct property site visits and follow up until booking confirmation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client databases and generate regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with the telecalling and marketing team for lead follow-ups.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience in real estate sales is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for sales are also welcome
