Are you passionate about sales and ready to explore the real estate field with exciting opportunities? Crystal Homes is hiring Field Sales Executives to join our energetic team

*Job Role*:

* Promote and sell residential/commercial real estate projects.

* Handle field sales – meet clients, conduct property site visits & close deals.

* Generate leads through field marketing, networking, and referrals.

* Develop and implement effective marketing & sales strategies.

* Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions & follow-ups.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

* Negotiate terms and ensure smooth closure of sales deals.

* Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Represent the company professionally in client meetings and property exhibitions.

*Requirements*:

* Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).

* Experience: 1–2 years in Real Estate / Sales (preferred).

* Age: 25–35 years (Male candidates preferred).

* Two-wheeler is mandatory for client visits & site inspections.

* Strong marketing knowledge, convincing ability & negotiation skills.

* Highly motivated, self-driven, and well-groomed personality.

*Office Time & Week Off*:

* 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

* Weekly Off: Tuesday

*Salary & Benefits:*

* Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 incentive per month
