**About Us**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales Executive** to join our team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about real estate and eager to begin their careers in a customer-focused role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle buyer calls to assist them in connecting with the Advertisers and managing their subscription plans
- Handle client calls / tickets related to queries and clarify / resolve them
- Day to day monitoring of Ad listings, online registrations, performance and reporting
- Understand potential builders / promoters / dealers requirement and build strong customer relationships to provide customized solutions
- Generate leads, follow up on potential buyers, and assist them in their property search journey.
- Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends especially related to hill stations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
- **Experience**: 0-6 months of experience in real estate sales or customer service.
- **Technical Skills**: Computer proficiency.
- **Language Skills**: Proficient in English with excellent communication skills; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- **Other Skills**: Knowledge of the real estate market, a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills and content development skills
