Experience: 1yr to 3yr in Sales Training

Industry: Real Estate preferred

**Job Description**:
1. Assist in the coordination and execution of classroom training.

2. On-field training and assistance for new and current sales employees.

3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders.

4. Driving Attendance, record keeping, and report generation post every training session. 5. Executing Employee engagement activities on the floor.

6. Assist in Virtual training sessions

7. Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.

8. Preparing training modules for quality Sales training

9. Oversee and improve the soft skills of the sales personnel.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
