**Job Title: Marketing - Real Estate Experience Mandatory**
**Location: Andheri East**
**Reports To: CMO**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in executing marketing strategies for real estate projects under exclusive mandates.
- Coordinate with developers to understand project USPs, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
- Support the design and distribution of marketing collaterals such as brochures, hoardings, flyers, and banners.
- Organize and promote property events, site launches, channel partner meets, and project presentations.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns; suggest improvements to drive better ROI.
- Generate and manage leads from various marketing channels, ensuring proper tracking and handover to sales.
- Work closely with external vendors, digital agencies, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing efforts comply with project RERA guidelines and brand standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate marketing, preferably in a mandate or consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, real estate portals, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva/Photoshop, and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Fluency in English and [Insert Local Language].

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working with real estate developers or marketing mandate firms.
- Knowledge of RERA-compliant advertising and documentation.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and developer ecosystem.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with frequent site visits and field marketing activities.
- Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during project launches or campaigns.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
