Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Consultant to join our Mumbai-based team in an on-site, full-time role. The primary responsibilities will include identifying client requirements, providing expert real estate advice, managing property viewings, and facilitating negotiations to close deals. The role also involves staying updated with market trends and inventory, building strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, with knowledge of local trends and property values
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in client management and relationship building
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented approach and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented individual
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
