**OFFICE LOCATION :KANDIVALI (EAST). MUMBAI.**

**PREFERABLE CANDIDATES**:

- **CANDIDATES WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL.**
- **SALES EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES PREFERABLE FROM REAL ESTATE SECTOR.**
- **CANDIDATES WHO RESIDE NEAR BY OFFICE LOCATION WHICH IS SITUATED IN THAKUR COMPLEX KANDIVALI (EAST).**
- **CANDIDATES HAVING LOCATION AREA KNOWLEDGE.**
- **TWO WHEELER BIKE WITH LICENSE IS MANDATORY.**
- **CANDIDATE WITH SMART OUTLOOK AND SKILLED IN SALES QUALITIES.**

**Job Profile**
- Study property listings, meet prospective clients, and accompany clients to property site, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
- Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
- Communication Skills, Pro-activeness, Customer Centric.
- Project Management Skills, Result Orientation, Analytical Skills.
- Convert prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.
- Use enquiries generated by marketing team for the above as well as generate self-leads through referrals to convert them into customers.
- Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer/Broker.
- Be Punctual with operations process.
- Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with Prop Hunt
- Devise and execute business development plans for the business segment.
- 2 wheeler with License is Mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 400101, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
