Job Summary: The Real Estate Executive is responsible for managing property sales, client relationships, and marketing initiatives to achieve company targets. The role involves identifying potential clients, showcasing properties, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth closure of sales or rental transactions. The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, and have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties through multiple channels.
- Manage client inquiries, calls, and follow-ups effectively.
- Conduct property site visits and highlight key features to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors.
- Coordinate with owners and developers for documentation and agreements.
- Generate and manage leads via digital platforms and property portals.
- Build strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain reports and databases.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
- Knowledge of Chennai and OMR real estate markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM tools.
- Customer-focused, confident, and result-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage time effectively.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (for site visits preferred).
