**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, and digital campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing property deals.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
- Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, competitors, and project offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers in CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, property expos, and client meetings as needed.
- Assist in pricing strategies and negotiation with clients.
- Provide post-sale support and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or marketing (preferably in Chennai market).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Tamil (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of Chennai’s real estate landscape and regulatory norms.
- Experience in high-ticket sales (e.g., luxury apartments, commercial spaces).
- Familiarity with RERA compliance and documentation processes.

**Salary**: Competitive with performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
