Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Sales & Marketing
Location: Chennai

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets for residential/commercial real estate projects.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales conversions.
Identify new market opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with project and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to fine-tune strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution.
minimum 12 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
**Salary**: As per industry standards.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
