Role & responsibilities:
To expand business in the B2B sector across regions where business is proposed to be expanded.
To ensure continual interactions with customers to ensue customer delight.
Up-selling to the customers for supervisory/junior manager development Programs.
To meet with a specified number of prospects from time to time and actively engage with them to generate a sales funnel will need to be translated to sales from time to time.
Manage personnel directly reporting to the person and track improvement/ development of the sales account.
To ensure customer database is updated and maintaining a high level of churn based on the database.
To ensure performance targets are met with.
To ensure that collection targets are met with.
To ensure that customer requirements are gathered and discussed with the technical team on a real-time basis to ensure technical requirements of the customer are met with.
To monitor customer feedback and escalate as and when required.
To ensure clear reporting as stipulated by the enterprise.
To adhere to all systems and processes as laid down by the organization from time to time.
Critical Attributes
- Strong networking ability within engineering and automobile industries, with proven experience in engaging senior-level stakeholders for training and HR functions.
- Excellent business development skills capable of opening new accounts, exploring emerging markets, and managing the entire sales funnel.
- Willingness to travel extensively and nurture a high-performing team.
