About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist who brings a solid foundation in digital marketing along with a keen interest in sales and business development. In this role, you will drive our digital strategies, engage in cold calling, conduct market research, and actively participate in pitches and in-person sales meetings. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and achieve performance targets.

Collaborate with creative and technical teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Sales & Business Development:
Conduct cold calls and follow-up communications to generate leads and expand our client base.

Engage in thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.

Actively participate in sales pitches and attend in-person sales meetings to showcase our value proposition and close deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer engagement.

Performance Improvement:
Track key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the management team.

Continuously seek innovative methods to improve campaign performance and sales conversion rates.

Provide feedback from the field to help shape future digital marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications:
Passion & Drive:
Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing combined with a strong desire to succeed in sales and business development.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to both digital strategy and direct client engagement.

Skills & Experience:
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.

Comfortable with cold calling and engaging in market research.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas in person.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, though a willingness to learn and grow is equally valued.
