We seek a
Head of Talent Management
to lead talent strategy, attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role shapes workforce planning, leadership development, succession, and performance frameworks. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of human capital trends and a passion for building high-performing teams. You will work closely with senior leaders and HR to align talent initiatives with business goals, designing programs to boost engagement, career growth, and a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives
  • Design and implement performance management systems
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent goals
  • Oversee employee engagement and retention programs
  • Create and manage career development frameworks
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure talent program effectiveness
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Manage talent assessments and competency models
  • Support organizational change and transformation efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of performance and succession planning tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with HRIS and talent analytics platforms
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP) preferred
