  • Advanced Excel:
  • Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports.

  • Reporting and Analysis:Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to generate periodic and ad-hoc reports for management.
  • System Operations:Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve basic technical issues related to computer systems and Excel.
  • Collaboration:Coordinate with other departments to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • Data Integrity:Perform regular data backups, audits, and maintain data consistency across systems.

Required Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, PivotTables, and VBA) and general computer systems.
  • Data Entry: High speed and accuracy in data entry and typing.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
  • Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
