Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and safety-conscious Game Attendant cum Gymnast to join our dynamic team at our trampoline park in Noida Sector 75, inside Phase 2 mall. This role combines customer service excellence and Sales with gymnastics expertise to ensure guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Supervision:

  • Ensure guest safety at all times while using trampoline facilities and equipment
  • Monitor and enforce park rules and safety regulations
  • Conduct safety briefings for new guests and explain proper trampoline techniques
  • Respond promptly to any safety concerns or incidents

Guest Experience:

  • Welcome and greet customers with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Explain various trampoline activities, games, and attractions to guests
  • Demonstrate proper jumping techniques and gymnastics moves when needed
  • Assist guests of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced jumpers
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Facility Maintenance:

  • Perform daily inspections of trampolines and safety equipment
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment damage to management
  • Maintain cleanliness of trampoline areas and surrounding facilities
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures

Operational Support:

  • Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
  • Support inventory management for equipment and supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Support sales team on Pamphlet distribution, and assist in contacting school management to target schools

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background in gymnastics, acrobatics, or related sports activities
  • Strong physical fitness and stamina to demonstrate moves and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recreational facilities or customer service
  • First aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Knowledge of trampoline safety protocols
  • Bilingual proficiency (Hindi/English/any other)
