About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR fresher to join our team. This role will primarily focus on talent acquisition, along with providing support in other HR functions. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR and grow into a well-rounded HR professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent acquisition:
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support in screening resumes and conducting initial HR discussions.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Onboarding & documentation:
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and joining formalities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain employee records.
  • Support in conducting induction sessions for new employees.
  • Employee engagement & HR operations:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.
  • Help in addressing day-to-day employee queries and concerns.
  • Support in attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.
  • Compliance & policies:
  • Assist in maintaining HR files and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support in drafting HR communications and policy-related documents.
