Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, and helping manage HR-related queries within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in an HR role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
