Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and management of HR policies and procedures, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Day-to-day tasks will include assisting the HR team with recruitment, employee engagement activities, and maintaining employee records. The intern will also help in the organization and facilitation of training programs and support various HR-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Personnel Management
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus
